How to do it
Sit on a bench with your knees bent about 90 degrees and the balls of your feet on a stable, low box. Hold a barbell across your lower thighs so it cannot roll. Raise your heels as high as you can, then lower them slowly below the edge of the box.
Form cues
- Keep your knees bent.
- Raise your heels without bouncing.
- Lower under control.
