How to do it
Sit on a bench with your knees bent and feet flat. Rest a dumbbell securely on each thigh just above the knee, steadying the weights with your hands. Raise your heels while keeping the balls of your feet down, then lower slowly.

- Keep your knees bent.
- Press through the balls of your feet.
- Lower your heels slowly.
