How to do it
Stand on one foot with that knee bent, using a stable surface for balance. Raise the standing heel while keeping the knee bent, then lower slowly. Complete the set before switching legs.
Form cues
- Maintain the knee bend.
- Keep weight over the standing foot.
- Lower with control.
