Why Gymograph exists
Most of us already know roughly what a healthier week looks like: move a little more, eat a little better, sleep enough, take the supplements we bought. The hard part is turning that into today — what to have for lunch, which workout fits the time you have, what you have already done and what is still left.
Gymograph exists to answer that question every morning. You build your own daily health plan — meals, workouts, supplements, weigh-ins — and it becomes a timeline for your day that you can follow, adjust and look back on.
How it helps
It puts everything in one day. Nutrition, training, supplements and weight live in one plan instead of four separate apps, so each part can take the others into account.
It starts from your life, not a template. Your goal, your schedule, the food you actually eat and any injury you have shape the plan; an active injury is always taken into account before an exercise is suggested.
It shows you what worked. Logging what you did — not what you meant to do — turns a plan into a record you can learn from, week after week.
It was built for more than one language from the start: English and Persian, each written for its own readers, with the calendar you already use.
Who builds it
Gymograph is built by an independent developer — one person, not a company with a medical department. It is said plainly here because, for anything that touches your health, you should know who is behind it.
There is no medical reviewer yet. How the content is made and checked, and what that means for you, is set out in the editorial policy.
Where it is for
Anywhere. Gymograph is for anyone, wherever they are, who is looking for a healthier everyday life and a plan they can actually keep.
