How to do it

Stand with a dumbbell in each hand and feet about hip-width apart. Raise both heels as high as you can without rolling the ankles outward, then lower them slowly to the floor. Avoid bouncing.

Form cues

  • Keep your knees nearly straight.
  • Rise through the balls of your feet.
