How to do it

Stand with your knees bent and hold a stable surface for balance. Keep the knee bend as you raise your heels, then lower them under control without bouncing.

Form cues

  • Keep your knees bent.
  • Rise through the balls of your feet.
  • Lower your heels slowly.
