    Stir the oats, chia seeds and soy milk together in a jar until no dry oats remain.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least six hours.

    In the morning, loosen with a splash more soy milk if it has set too firm.

    Top with the blueberries and strawberries, swirl through the almond butter and drizzle with date syrup.
