How to do it
Hold a low-pulley handle with one hand and use the station for balance with the other. Stand on one foot with its knee nearly straight. Raise that heel without bouncing, lower it slowly, and repeat on the other side.
Form cues
- Keep the working knee nearly straight.
- Pause briefly at the top.
