How to do it
Secure the band at a low point behind you and assume a stable half-kneeling position. Hold the band in one hand beside your lower chest, brace your trunk, and press forward and upward without rotating or leaning. Lower the hand under control and complete both sides.
Form cues
- Press forward and upward.
- Keep your torso square.
- Do not arch your lower back.
- Return slowly.
