How to do it
Set a cable handle at the lowest position and stand beside it, holding the handle at your side with a straight arm. Raise that shoulder toward your ear without leaning, bending your elbow, or rolling your shoulder. Lower under control and repeat on the other side.
Form cues
- Keep your torso upright.
- Lift the working shoulder straight up.
- Lower with control.
