How to do it

Enter a wall-supported handstand with your palms on the floor and elbows straight. Allow your shoulders to sink a small amount, then push the floor away to elevate your shoulder blades. Keep your head clear of the floor and descend from the handstand with control.

Form cues

  • Lock your elbows.
  • Push tall through your shoulders.
  • Keep your ribs tucked.
