How to do it
Rest your forearms on the machine pad with your palms facing up and your wrists free to move. Curl the handles upward by bending your wrists, then lower them slowly without lifting your forearms.
Form cues
- Keep your forearms on the pad.
- Move at the wrists.
- Use a controlled range.
