How to do it

Sit with the forearms braced on the thighs, palms up, and the wrists just past the knees holding a dumbbell in each hand. Let the wrists extend fully, then curl the weight up as high as possible and lower slowly through the full range. Keep the movement slow and the load light — the forearms respond to controlled reps, not heavy swinging.
