How to do it

Stand holding a barbell at arm’s length in front of your thighs with both hands overhand. Maintain an upright posture and hold the bar without letting it roll through your fingers; lower it under control when the hold ends.

  • Grip the bar firmly.
  • Stand tall without leaning back.
