How to do it
Secure the band low behind you and stand in a staggered stance with one end in each hand. With your elbows slightly bent, sweep your arms inward and upward until your hands meet near upper-chest height. Pause briefly, then open your arms slowly without letting them travel far behind your torso.
Form cues
- Sweep inward and upward.
- Keep a soft bend in your elbows.
- Keep your ribs down.
- Control the return.
