How to do it
Set a chest-supported high-row machine so the handles start above shoulder height. Keep your chest on the pad and pull the handles down toward your lower ribs, letting your elbows travel slightly out from your sides. Return under control without lifting your chest from the pad.
Form cues
- Keep your chest on the pad.
- Pull toward your lower ribs.
- Control the return.
