Method

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté the onion until soft, ~3 minutes, then add the garlic for 30 seconds.

Add the ground turkey, breaking it up; cook until browned, ~6 minutes.

Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini; cook 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
