Method

Whisk the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and minced garlic into a glaze.

Heat the oven to 200 °C / 400 °F.

Brush half the glaze over the salmon; bake 10–12 minutes until just cooked through.

Steam or blanch the green beans for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Brush the remaining glaze over the salmon as it rests.

Plate the rice, top with the salmon and green beans, drizzle pan juices over the top.
