How to do it

Attach an ankle cuff to a low pulley and stand facing away from it, holding a support. With a slight, steady bend in the working knee, lift that leg forward from the hip. Stop before your torso shifts, then lower slowly.

  • Keep a soft knee.
  • Avoid leaning back.
