How to do it
Attach an ankle cuff to a low pulley and lie on your back with your feet toward the machine. Move far enough away to keep tension on the cable. Raise the cuffed leg with a slight knee bend while keeping your pelvis still, then lower it slowly.

- Keep your pelvis steady.
- Lower without arching your back.
