How to do it
Attach a low cable to one ankle and stand side-on to the stack, with the working leg nearest it. Hold the machine for balance. Draw the working leg across the front of your body without rotating your hips, then return slowly.
Form cues
- Keep your pelvis level.
- Move the leg, not your torso.
