How to do it
Bound sideways off one leg and land on the other, letting the trailing leg swing behind you like a speed skater, then push back the other way in a continuous rhythm. Stick each landing on the outside leg with the knee tracking over the toes before you rebound. Start with short, controlled hops and widen the bound as balance improves; slow the rhythm rather than shortening the landing when you tire.
Form cues
- Stick each landing on one leg before the next bound
- Push sideways off the whole foot, arms driving across
