How to do it
Sit with one light dumbbell held palm-down. Support that forearm on your thigh, with the wrist just beyond your knee. Lower your hand under control, then extend your wrist to lift the dumbbell without moving your forearm. Complete the repetitions before switching sides.

- Keep your working forearm on your thigh.
- Control the downward phase.
