How to do it
Set up on a back-extension bench with the pad below your hip crease and hold a light kettlebell against your chest. Hinge forward under control, then raise your torso until it aligns with your legs; do not lean past that position.

- Hold the bell close to your chest.
- Stop when your torso aligns with your legs.
