How to do it

Set a brisk walking pace and raise the incline until it feels like steady effort you could hold for the whole session. Walk tall and do not hold the handrails — gripping them offloads the work and ruins your posture. It is low impact and easy to recover from, so it stacks well alongside hard lifting days.
