How to do it
From standing, jump the feet out past shoulder width while swinging the arms overhead, then jump back to the start as the arms return to the sides, in one continuous rhythm. Keep the knees soft on every landing and the pace steady. For a low-impact version, step one foot out at a time instead of jumping while keeping the same arm swing.
Form cues
- Soft knees on every landing
- Full range — hands meet overhead, feet past the shoulders
