How to do it

Stand facing a securely anchored high band and hold its ends beside your head. With a slight bend in your knees, curl your upper trunk down against the band. Keep your hips relatively still and return slowly.

Form cues

  • Bring your ribs toward your pelvis.
  • Avoid pulling with your arms.
