How to do it
Set a cable pulley low and hold a single handle with your palm facing inward. Stand tall with your upper arm near your side. Curl the handle toward your shoulder without swinging, then lower it slowly. Repeat on the other arm.

- Keep a neutral grip.
- Keep your upper arm still.
- Lower with control.
