How to do it
Set a cable high, stand side-on and grip the handle with both hands, arms long. Rotate the torso and pull the handle down and across the body toward the opposite hip, pivoting the back foot as you turn, then return under control against the stack. The rotation comes from the ribcage and hips together — let the back foot pivot rather than grinding the knee, and keep the arms long so the cable cannot pull you into a twist you are not controlling.
Form cues
- Rotate from the ribcage, arms stay long
- Pivot the back foot — do not twist the knee
