- Black beans240 g
- Tomato sauce300 g

Method

Brown the ground turkey in a large pot, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and cook until softened.

Stir in the tomato sauce and both beans with a cup of water.

Season with cumin, chili powder and paprika, then simmer for 25-30 minutes.

Divide between two bowls and serve.
