How to do it
Grip the uprights with the arms locked out and get the body into a low forward angle, like you are leaning into a wall. Drive with short, choppy steps and keep the hips low and the back flat. Load it so you can keep moving continuously; if you stall out and start yanking with the arms, take weight off.
