How to do it
Hold the dumbbells in front of the thighs with a slight elbow bend. Raise the arms straight in front of you to about eye level, then lower slowly. Do not swing from the hips or lean back to start the rep — if you need momentum, the weight is too heavy for the front delts.
Form cues
- No swinging from the hips
- Raise to eye level
