How to do it

Take a high-plank position supported on spread fingertips rather than flat palms. Keep your body straight and hold only while your fingers stay firm and your trunk does not sag.

Form cues

  • Spread the fingers.
  • Keep the palms off the floor.
  • Brace without sagging.
