How to do it

Support yourself on parallel bars with the arms locked and the shoulders down away from the ears. Lower under control — an upright torso biases the triceps, leaning forward biases the chest — then press back up to lockout. Do not drop below a comfortable shoulder stretch; going too deep is what damages the front of the shoulder.
