How to do it

Stand side-on to a low pulley with the cable running behind the body, handle in the outside hand. Raise the arm out to shoulder height, leading with the elbow, then lower slowly against constant tension through the whole range. Keep the torso still — no leaning away from the stack to gain leverage.
