How to do it
Hold a very light kettlebell in each hand and hinge until your torso is nearly horizontal. With softly bent elbows and thumbs angled upward, raise your arms into a Y without swinging or shrugging, then lower slowly.

- Keep your torso nearly horizontal.
- Lift lightly without shrugging.
