How to do it
Place a band across your lower back and pin each end securely beneath a hand. Set up in a straight-arm plank with the band pressing down on your trunk. Brace and hold a straight line from shoulders to heels without letting your lower back sag.
Form cues
- Brace before lifting your knees.
- Keep your hips level.
