    Soak the soy mince in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out as much water as you can.

    Cook it in a dry non-stick pan with the beans, cumin and chili for 5 minutes, mashing a few beans as you go.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds a side.

    Fill the tortillas and top with salsa and sliced avocado.
