Method

Heat the oven to 210 °C / 410 °F.

Toss the asparagus on a sheet pan with half the olive oil, salt and pepper; arrange in a single layer.

Pat the cod dry, place on the pan, and brush with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic and half the lemon juice.

Bake 12–14 minutes until the cod flakes with a fork.

Finish with the remaining lemon juice and serve hot.
