How to do it
From a push-up position, step one foot outside the same hand into a deep lunge. Drop the opposite elbow toward the floor, then rotate the same-side arm up toward the ceiling, following the hand with the eyes. Drop the back knee if the hip is tight, and rotate through the upper back rather than cranking the lower back.

- Drop the back knee if the hip is tight
- Rotate through the upper back, not the low back
