How to do it

Set the barbell across your upper back and take a stance wider than shoulder width, with toes turned out comfortably. Squat between your hips while keeping your feet planted and knees tracking over your toes. Stand by driving through your feet.

  • Use a comfortably wide stance.
  • Track your knees over your toes.
  • Keep your trunk braced.
