How to do it
Grip the barbell wider than shoulder width and hinge forward with a braced, flat back. Row toward your upper abdomen with your elbows angled outward, bringing your shoulder blades together. Lower the bar under control without jerking your torso upright.

- Keep your torso still.
- Pull toward your upper abdomen.
- Draw your shoulder blades together.
