How to do it
Stand with feet apart and hold a smoothly rolling barbell on the floor in front of you. Brace, then roll forward while maintaining a firm trunk and controlled hip position. Roll back before your lower back arches; use a shorter range until you can control more.

- Do not let your hips sag.
