How to do it
Stand on one foot holding a dumbbell on that side; use your free hand for light balance support if needed. Raise the standing heel without rolling the ankle, then lower it under control. Complete the set before switching legs.

- Keep the working knee nearly straight.
- Lower the heel slowly.
