How to do it

Stand on one foot with that knee bent, using a stable surface for balance. Raise the standing heel while keeping the knee bent, then lower slowly. Complete the set before switching legs.

Form cues

  • Maintain the knee bend.
  • Keep weight over the standing foot.
  • Lower with control.
