How to do it

Check the band for damage and secure it to a stable anchor at chest height. Face away, hold the band in one hand, and take a staggered stance. Press forward at chest height without rotating your torso; return slowly, stopping before your elbow travels far behind you. Complete the same number of reps on each side.

Form cues

  • Keep your shoulders facing forward.
  • Press at chest height.
  • Resist twisting toward the anchor.
