How to do it
Attach a single handle to a low pulley and hold it with an overhand grip. Keeping your wrist straight and upper arm near your side, curl the handle upward. Lower under control and repeat on the other arm.
Form cues
- Keep your palm down.
- Do not bend your wrist to lift the weight.
