How to do it

Set up in a forearm side plank with your feet stacked. Hold your pelvis steady as you lift the upper leg, then lower it slowly. Complete the set before changing sides.

Form cues

  • Keep your hips lifted.
  • Keep your body in one line.
  • Raise the top leg without rolling backward.
