How to do it
Lie on your side with your lower leg bent and upper leg straight. Keeping your pelvis stacked, lift the upper leg without turning the toes toward the ceiling, then lower it slowly.
Form cues
- Keep your hips stacked.
- Lead with your heel.
- Do not roll backward.
