How to do it
Lie on your side with the lower leg nearest a low pulley. Attach the cable to the lower ankle and position yourself so it pulls that leg outward. Bend the upper leg and place its foot on the floor in front of you. Lift the lower leg toward the midline without rolling your pelvis, then lower slowly.
Form cues
- Keep your hips stacked.
- Lift without rolling backward.
